Yes! By law, foreigners are entitled to own a condominium unit. However, they are legally prohibited from directly owning other forms of real estate.
But if a foreigner has a Filipino spouse, then the couple may acquire properties provided that the ownership is placed in the name of the Filipino husband/wife.

The purpose of the reservation fee, which is deducted from the total package price of your desired property, is to reserve or hold the property just for you. By placing a reservation, the property then cannot be sold to anyone else. This is why the reservation fee is not refundable.
